We called ahead to let them know we were interested in a car we saw on their website inventory. It was ready for a test drive when we got there. The staff were friendly and professional. The vehicle was priced much better than anything else we have seen around so we feel like we got a good deal, they gave us a good trade offer and terrific service. Went in to look at vehicles and we were interested in a used one. We were given an initial price hand written on a piece of paper. Me and the salesman had a relatively quick discussion on honesty (how much they acquired the vehicle for) the and pricing (what would be fair profit for them). Don't get me wrong, I know that's not what car dealerships want. I wasn't trying to break their bank, just wanted open and frank pricing. I was ready to buy a car. Anyways, said salesman says he's going to "surprise me with honesty". He comes back with another handwritten number which was anything but the transparency we just discussed. When I told him that was not was I asked for he was quick on his feet to boot us out the door. It was ridiculously rude. I've been doing car research and visiting dealerships for years and haven't been treated like this. I highly recommend driving a few more miles to other Ford dealerships.
