I received two lovely bouquets today that were delivered to my office by a nice young man. Thank you for accommodating my nephew with this order, since he lives in Chicago and knows nothing of flowers!
I got flowers from some random person and when I called bc they were the ones who delivered I got nothing but a hard time from the woman who answered the phone. She was rude and kept telling me she would call me back. She never did. I finally had to call again and she told me it was 1-800-flowers. She couldn't give me the order number and kept putting me on hold to give me the number to 1-800- flowers. Not sure how she could get them in touch with me when she didn't even know my name. Them she hung up on me. Never dealing with them!!!!!
