At first everything was fine. I spent plenty enough money in here and a week later had my furniture delivered to my house. I was at work so I wasn’t there upon receiving (which by the way was TWO HOURS late!!) but when I got home there was a pile of wood pieces on my floor next to the leg of one of the couches. My kids and I raised up the end of it to inspect and both legs were damaged one even had chunks of wood broken off! We inspected the other end and those also were damaged! I got to inspecting the rest and on the top back of the couch it was ripped in 2 places due to what appears as they didn’t cover it coming through the doorway.. one other tear was also on the top as well. I called the store the very next day and they offered me a discount! If price was an object I wouldn’t have bought it to begin with.. I told him I wanted a product that was NOT already damaged so he agreed to order a new one. A week later I haven’t heard from anyone so I went in all to find out that the new one was at the store but no one called to set up delivery! They offered a weekday delivery but I refused as I work so they said Saturday morning which I agreed to. Here we are Friday before the delivery and I went to make the first payment and I’m being told now it will Be Saturday afternoon!! I swear if I could get out of this deal with these people I sure would! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
