This is the first gym I have ever joined. I love it! It is convenient and the staff is great.
They have everything you need to get a great workout and you get 24 hour access!
I wish Google would let me give negative star reviews. One star is too generous. I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost two years. I call and cancel and several months goes by when they don't charge me, then they randomly start charging me again. I call again, a few months goes by, then they randomly start charging again. Each time I call, they promise to send me a copy of my cancellation. They never do. When they start charging me and I call back they say they can't do anything without the paperwork. I feel incredibly ripped off by this place.

At first I loved this gym! Loved it so much that I increased my membership from one location to all of them. Now after almost a year I have been getting the WORST SERVICE in trying to return it to a One club membership! It's taking almost 2 weeks an email to a regional director and the corporate office and still no results! Be warned! Once you sign a contract at 02 it's for life! I'm pretty sure they are scamming me until the end of the month so they can get the $50 payment instead of the lesser.
