Customer service is very poor. Manager's attitude slam-bang very rude and obnoxious. Prices go up every month. I can see why service is poor nobody comes in somebody else's got to pay for those that don't come in... I used to be a steady customer but fed up with the attitude. She does a great job cutting hair but her attitude sucks.
Quick cheap and depending on the stylist, you might walk out looking decent
I'm done with this place, we have only used this location however I the last few months they open and close at random times, it's a toss up if anyone will be there when you go. I just went to get my kids haircut and they were very busy but she told us that if we didn't have an appointment we couldn't be seen today. This is a walk in salon. I've never made an appointment. The manager is nice but the other girl has been rude on several occasions. If you hate your job so much, find another one. If your doors are open, you're open not sure why we were refused service. That's fine I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
I've never had a problem w/this location. My youngest son has been getting his hair cut here for years. My eldest is now in college and even drives from GC to MC to get his hair cut here. Ty cuts my hair exactly the way I like. It's always better than I expect. She's also the only one I allow to color my hair. They do get busy but I don't mind waiting. I'm not sure why so many people complain about their service. I've never found them rude to anyone.
I've gotten a haircut here twice, and I had a great experience both times. The stylists are polite and do a great job.
