Ive been here 3 times in the past week for a foot infection, the last time was today because i had an allergic reaction to the soap i was using to clean my foot and my hands after i was done cleaning my foot. Doctor was spot on on the diagnoses. And previously they took great care of me. The infection is clearing up. Great job roper.
Best Treatment every time. Do not understand any of these Bad reviews. We ALL get a not so good doctor sometimes. I suggest you change your doctor if not satisfied with the one you have. As for the facilities. They are clean and well maintained. The personnel have ALWAYS been friendly and courteous to my sister and I. I would recommend this Branch of Roper to anyone seeking medical treatment.
Will not rate. They do not care about you or whats wrong with you. They take the Doc. side over you. went there one night return 2 days later because I got worst. I rented the bed. Told him what was wrong with me. WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.
Doesn't look like the picture at all. I have been here several times and each time, I have had a problem. The doctor wrote wrong medication on prescription and made my daughter sick. Another time, we were billed twice for procedures that we didn't get. And we were sent home saying the X-rays were clear when in fact, there was a broken bone which MUSC treated two days later. It is ridiculous! There is a reason that there is hardly no waiting. Everyone knows how horrible they are!
Not equity to take care of children staff or equipment. Waited hours for 20 min test results. Still I have no idea what is wrong with my son. We usually only go to MUSC for emergency care and after this visit we will continue to do so. For the time I waited we could have driven downtown.
