Constantly getting wrong mail delivered to our box and the carrier comes at drastically different times everyday. Get ahold of yourselves, please.
I generally don't post negative reviews but this is getting out of hand. Lately, our primary mail carrier has been unable to deliver, so other carriers had to pick up the slack. Due to this, I understand mail being delivered late afternoon-evening. What I don't understand is how packages are being delivered to wrong addresses OR NOT AT ALL! To top it off, we get a notification saying that the carrier "attempted delivery". BS! Multiple people in the neighborhood complain daily about bad postal service. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to go to the post office to pick up the package that the carrier failed to deliver. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with the staff and their lack of customer service skills. If I had the option to decide which delivery service to get my mail/packages from, I would pay extra just so I wouldn't have to deal with USPS.
Every experience I’ve had at this post office has been unpleasant. The employees are rude and there never seems to be enough customer service personnel. Recently, our neighborhood has been experiencing terrible service; everything from mail not being delivered or picked up to packages not being delivered, and neighbors getting other people’s mail. Upper management needs to pay a visit there and find out what’s going on.
