Used the facility at Old 52/New 52 intersection. Secure unit, but leaked like the Titanic leaving all of my belongings covered in mold and mildew. Also not a single useable power hookup anywhere on property. You would also think that there would be a dumpster available for use.
I've had units here for several years and it's been a great experience. They're customer service is wonderful and the facility is clean and secure - I've never had any issues. I was late making a payment once and they didn't charge me a late fee, and called to remind me it was due so I wouldn't be late again. I accidentally left my unit open once and they called to ask if everything was okay and closed it up for me. Once I had car trouble while out here and the guy in the office helped me fix it. I love the secure gates and the cameras, so I feel safe no matter when I have to go out there. And I like the options on different unit sizes and with or without climate control. They're good people and conduct fair business - above and beyond; I would recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit.
