Usually don't eat here, now I remember why. All in our party received their food, I never got mine. Our server never checked on it til we were ready to go. I had him remove my order from the bill. We still got charged for some games on their computer. We never touched it. The bill was settled and we left. I don't blame our server but the manager could have come and spoke or some type of compensation for our inconvenience. The place needs to burn again, this time down to the ground !
Excited to eat I peered through the window. I leaned to my buddy and said. "Tonight's service is going to be rubbish." There were 2 individuals standing at the register and the restaurant was less than 1/4 occupied. When we got inside the couple seemed to be less than pleased. After realizing I was going to be waiting for some time I decided to grab a menu and peruse my choices. After deciding what to order and a trip to the bathroom the other couple finally left. I then came to the conclusion that I may starve long before I am able to indulge in any sort of overpriced meal. So we went across the way to Cinco De Mayo where the food was better and the service was too. We knew it was the right choice when we saw the other couple from Applebees had already received their food. I will not return to this applebees.
Applebee’s Moncks Corner usually isn’t my first choice when deciding where to go out to eat but the service I had tonight was excellent. The server I had tonight name was Carrie and she was absolutely 100% on top of everything. Great costumer service, awesome on refills, just overall the best experience I have ever had that this location. Will definitely be going back again on a day she is working.
I and a co worker ordered a 2 for 25, half rack ribs for pick up services. The meal tasted good but the quality of the food was not worth it. we had in exact count( 12 peices of french fries) , a half cup of cole slaw. and last but not least no wet wipes for 2 orders of ribs.
My party of four sat in a booth for 15 min, waitstaff kept passing by, a party of 6 who was seated after us was waited on immediately, waitstaff continued to ignore us, it was so awkward, we felt invisiable and mind you the restaraunt was not busy, so we got up and left for a restaurant across the street. What a shame because we came hungry and ready to spend some money. The manager and franchise should be ashamed of themselves for such poor customer service. I do not recommend the Moncks Corner location, it's not worth it!
