Took over 20 mins. before we asked for a refund. So by then we hadn't got our food. Manager belittled employees in front of customers. Went next door to Zaxbys and was eating in 5 mins.
As a former employee of this Wendy's (although it was quite a few years ago) I was very disappointed in the way that i was treated as I walked in trying to correct my order that was gotten wrong in the drive through. I had to retell them my order 4 different times and when I went to walk away with my food their was an extremely rude employee that walked away and began saying rude things as she walked towards the back of the restaurant. My father walked in about 5 minutes later and received the same sort of service which is quite upsetting. I really hope this Wendy's can get this figured out.
Food was good, line was a bit slow, but this the second time I've gotten a flat, terrible tasting soda and I've had to throw it out. But these incidents we're weeks apart. I don't like wasting money and I've worked in fast food in general and at this specific Wendy's for a short period of time so a hint. Change the Co2 tanks or check and see if any of the soda bags are expired and/or flat and change them. When I worked there quality control was very tight, so two incidents like this in a row is concerning.

I told the cashier the tables were dirty,we sat down and ate ,NO ONE came out to clean!!
Food is good, facility is remodeled and looks nice, 11:00 am Sunday October 29th ,we were the only customers at the moment, all the tables are dirty crumbs all over the carpet from the night before---
They are definitely NOT a fast food restaurant. So slow.
Next door to Chick-fil-A that keeps it's store immaculate, direct reflection on the manager and district management ,If you can't keep your facility clean for your customer area, what's your kitchen look like?
